– Open Hackdays / Hackathons –
EN: We come to your city, NGO or company and do a (public) city hackathon with up to 100 participants and for up to 4 days on a subject of your choice (for example ‚mobility’). See example / DE: Wir kommen in ihre Stadt, zu ihrer NRO oder zu ihrem Unternehmen und veranstalten einen (öffentlichen) Stadt-Hackathon für bis zu 100 Teilnehmer und bis zu 4 Tage lang. Sie können das Thema wählen (z.B. Mobilität). Beispiel
– OpenLab Resicency / Offenes-Lab-Residenz –
EN: Invite us for a residency. We like to stay for some time in a city to work publicly on hacking it. We can work on a subject of your choice or implement one of our 
ideas. During our stay we will create a program with public events from this list. Example / DE: Laden sie uns ein für eine Residenz. Wir halten uns gern für etwas länger in einer Stadt auf und arbeiten offen daran, sie zu hacken. Wir können zu einem Thema ihrer Wahl arbeiten oder eigene Ideen mitbringen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes werden wir ein Programm mit einigen offenen Events von dieser Liste hier aufsetzen. Beispiel
– Workshops –
EN: We offer different workshop formats for children and adults. / DE: Wir bieten verschiedene Workshops an für Kinder und auch Erwachsene.
(1) EN: Modular Toy Hackathon – we hack different modular toys to make them connectable and to use them also to hack our environment. / DE: Modulares Spielzeug Hacken – wir hacken verschiedene modulare Kinderspielzeuge und machen sie kompatibel und nutzen sie auch, um unsere Umgebung zu hacken.
(2) EN: We hack garbage and transform it into modular reusable parts to build almost everything. Example / DE: Wir hacken Müll – wandeln ihn in modulare, immer wieder neu nutzbare Teile um. Beispiel.
– Local & Global Research / Lokale & Globale Forschung –
EN: If you go with open eyes through a city or into the archives you can find interesting hacks. We come to your city, find them and document them – for your city and others to copy. This works very well in combination with other formats – for example an exhibition in the end or hackdays. We this we like to collaborate for our partner Impulsbuero / DE: Geht man mit offenen Augen durch eine Stadt oder ins Archiv, findet man interessante Hacks überall. Wir besuchen ihre Stadt, finden solche Hacks und dokumentieren sie, für die Stadt selbst und für andere zum nachbauen. Das funktioniert besonders in Kombination mit anderen Formaten z.B. einer Ausstellung am Schluss und Hackdays. Dieses Format führen wir gerne durch in Kollaboration mit Impulsbüro.
– Exhibitions / Ausstellungen –
EN: There are three ways for exhibitions. / DE: Es gibt drei Möglichkeiten für Ausstellungen.
(1) EN: An ‚ordinary’ exhibtion in a gallery or museum presenting hacks + setting up an interactive room where people can practice hacking. Example / DE: Ein „normale“ Ausstellung in einer Galerie oder in einem Museum, die Hacks zeigt + einen interaktiven Raum zur Verfügung stellt, in dem man praktisch hacken kann. Beispiel
(2) EN: An ad hoc exhibition in the street, installing several hacks close to each other in the same street – and transform it for example into a gym and a public sports fest. / DE: Eine Ad-hoc-Ausstellung auf der Straße – verschiedene City-Hacks werden dicht nebeneinander in der selben Straße angebracht – zum Beispiel wird die Straße zu einem Sport- & Spielplatz für ein öffentliches Sportfest.
(3) EN: We have an idea in mind – we are looking for a partner institution to set up a more complex and well researched exhibition about the potential and history (!) of hacking for our freedom & democracy and for the transformation towards an ecologically sustainable city. Want to talk about it. Get in touch. / DE: Wir haben eine Idee, die wir sehr gern umsetzen würden – wir suchen nach einer Partnerinstitution für die Gestaltung einer komplexeren und gut recherchierten Ausstellung über das Potential und die Geschichte (!) des Hackens für unsere Freiheit und Demokratie und für die Umwandlung unserer Städte in ökologisch nachhaltige Orte.
